How will you use SafeWork Navigator?
Pick the option that sounds most like you. We'll walk you through the rest — no technical setup needed.
Step 1 of 4
Create your sign-in
This is your personal account. You'll set up your company in the next step.
Step 2 of 4
Set up your company
Enter your business's legal name. You become the company administrator automatically.
Step 3 of 4
Invite your first teammates
Each person gets an email invite. You can send more now or add people later from the admin console.
No invites sent yet — you can also do this later.
Step 4 of 4
You're ready
Here's where your setup stands. You can finish anything left from the console.
Step 1 of 3
Enter your invite code
Your employer sent you an invite — the code is in that email. If you followed the invite link, it's already filled in for you.
Don't have a code? Ask your employer to invite you from their admin console.
Step 2 of 3
Create your sign-in
Use the email address your invite was sent to.
Step 3 of 3
You're in
You've joined your employer's workspace. From the console you can report hazards, check your tasks, and get support — a short tour will show you around.
Reviewing for a safety authority
Agency reviewers get read-only access — you can inspect, but never change, an employer's records. Today that includes:
- Evidence packs — privacy-safe records captured for audits and claims.
- Review deadline checks — Form 63M1 requests and their 90/45-day windows.
- Validation records — how the AI's predictions are benchmarked and reviewed by people.
Your access is set up by the employer or by WorkWellness. Once your account is ready, sign in to the console with it.
Working at a clinic
Healthcare providers use SafeWork Navigator to coordinate return-to-work: see recovery plans, record outcomes, and keep the employer and worker on the same page.
Direct report submission (Form 8/11 via Teleplan) is on the roadmap — for now, submit those through your existing channel.
Your access is set up by the employer you work with. Once your account is ready, sign in to the console with it.
